This meeting comes to present the directives of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Mr Kamel Baddari's perfection emerging from Thursday's meeting 02 April 2026, with the heads of regional seminars, which were devoted to evaluating various pedagogical and organizational procedures..During this meeting, a number of basic topics were discussed, including::
