Launching a digital petitions platform

In implementation of the instructions of the Minister, and to dedicate the effort of digitization to improve the handling of the concerns of those involved in higher education and scientific research, especially members of the university family, I inform you that a digital platform has been prepared for filing, processing and following up on petitions. The Minister kindly supervised its official launch on Monday. 2 January 2023.

This platform allows the petition to be submitted to all administrative levels at the sector level, from central administration and institutions, and also enables the citizen to follow up in real-time on the progress of his petition and the results of its processing within forty-eight days. (48) An hour, on the one hand, and enables the highest peaceful authority to see the extent of the handling of petitions by its affiliated bodies or units, on the other hand..

Accordingly, I ask you to take all necessary measures that allow for the proper and optimal use of this platform, and to instruct your interests, at all levels, to ensure its implementation and to process the petitions deposited in it and follow them up according to the deadlines and applications it provides..
