Call for applications for Master and PhD scholarships from Hungary

As part of the foreign training scholarship program for the category “Students”, Please find attached DCEU Correspondence No. 2676 of 5 November 2025, relating to the offer of scholarships from the Hungarian government for the academic year 2026-2027.

This program is aimed at valedictorian students (03 maximum students per specialty) enrolled during the academic year 2025-2026 in L3 for the preparation of a Master or in M2/5A Engineer for the preparation of a PhD.

As a reminder, the deadline for online registration on the platform Scholarship is fixed to the 15 January 2026, and the files scanned containers the documents below of candidates who have registered online (a copy of the registration certificate on Stipendium Hungaricum is mandatory), as well as the attached outline to be completed by the establishment.

The files must be transmitted before le 01 FEBRUARY 2027 ”exclusively” via the collaboration platform : cruest2.univ-setif.dz

The application file includes :

1. The application form (attached model)

2. The online registration certificate on the application platform Scholarship (OBLIGATORY)

3. A copy of the selection report

4. A handwritten request from the candidate highlighting their motivation in relation to this training approved by the line manager

5. A copy of the baccalaureate transcript

6. * For the PhD application (Ph. D.): Certificates of registration/re-registration of 5 years of university studies

** For the Master’s application: Certificates of registration/re-registration of 3 years of university studies

7. * For the PhD application (Ph. D.): The transcripts of 4 first years of study (L1/A1,L2/A2,L3/A3,M1/A4 for Universities and University Centers or CP1,CP2,1ASC,2ASC for Higher Schools)

** For the Master’s application: The transcripts of 2 first years of study (L1,L2)

8. Certificate of major de promotion (attached model).

9. Certificate of the student’s number of stars (attached model).

10. Copy of the 1st page of the passport

11. An identity photo
