The ceremony opened with a blessed Qur’anic recitation recited by the student Zarrad_IsmailAnd listening to the national anthem in its five stanzas .This was followed by the opening speech of the University President, who welcomed the honorable attendees. After that, he reviewed the prominent stages of the establishment of the university, its development, its achievements, and the challenges that accompanied its path from its first inception until it rose to the ranks of the university. .
After that, an introductory documentary film was shown about the university, the most prominent stages of its founding, and talked about the achievements achieved since its inception in an atmosphere filled with feelings of pride and honor. .
