General Secretariat
The Office of the General Secretariat contributes to the continuity of development at the university level, as well as ensuring respect for the charter and laws of the University of Relizane. It also ensures the protection of its rights through careful follow-up and updating its policy in light of respect for the applicable laws..
The General Secretariat shall undertake the following :
- Ensuring the management of the professional path of university employees while respecting the powers of the college and the institute in this field
- Preparing the university’s draft budget and following up on its implementation
- Ensuring follow-up funding for laboratory and research unit activities
- Ensuring the good conduct of the common interests of the university
- Developing and promoting cultural and sports activities programs for the university
- Ensuring follow-up and coordination of the university’s internal security plans in coordination with the Ministerial Office for Internal Security
- Ensuring the management and preservation of archives and documentation for the university directorate
- Ensuring the organization and management of the university office
The General Secretariat includes the General Organization Office, the Internal Security Office, as well as the following sub-directories:
- Sub-Directorate for Users and Training
- Sub-Directorate of Finance and Accounting
- Sub-Directorate of Means and Maintenance
- Sub-Directorate for Scientific, Cultural and Sports Activities
- Common interests of the university
