After listening to the national anthem, the Vice Chancellor for Higher Training, Continuing Training and Certificates delivered a welcome speech, followed by a speech from the University President, Prof. Dr. Bahri_Ahmed Through which he extended his sincere congratulations to the female students, male and female professors, and all those in charge of the sector, referring to the role that the university plays as a space for enlightenment, scientific radiation, and knowledge production. From there, he stressed the need for everyone’s concerted efforts in implementing the national strategy that the state embarked on years ago to reform the higher education sector. And scientific research, and the completion of all planned projects that will give an important impetus in achieving continuity and achieving the desired renaissance, especially since the state has provided all the capabilities to ensure good supervision..

The audience then moved on to follow the opening lesson entitled: “An innovative university in the service of a rising Algeria ” Presented by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Mr Kamal_Badari by Remote_lecturing_technology from University of Guelma.
